Welcome to Rachida, the latest volunteer to join the growing RGWN team

We are delighted to welcome Rachida Idazzi to join the RGWN team as administrator. Rachida has a keen interest in nature from her childhood in Morocco and welcomes the opportunity to get to know the RGWN member organisations and the nature-based activities they provide. We look forward to introducing Rachida to members in-person at our June meeting at Path Hill. Rachida will be taking over some of the tasks Rowena has been performing, so expect to hear from Rachida for the monthly agendas and minutes.  

Rachida is the latest member of the team of volunteers who run RGWN, including Ak, our newsletter editor; Jaz and Magalie our social media editors, Shaheen our treasurer, Rowena our secretary and website editor and Christina our chair. As part of 2026’s Volunteers’ Week, the RGWN team join in the celebration and recognition of the contribution of volunteers to may organisations, including RGWN.
